Work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing all equipment, labor, materials and performing all operations necessary for the routine maintenance of City owned or maintained parcels, rights of way and landscape areas. Maintenance work to include, but not limited to the following: A. Initial Litter and Debris Removal B. Mowing C. Trimming D. Edging E. Plant Bed Maintenance F. Insect, Disease and Weed Control in Turf and Planting Beds G. Plant Replacement H. Mulching I. Irrigation Repairs and Inspections J. New Plant Installation K. Clean-Up After Maintenance Operations The City of Jacksonville voluntarily notifies potential bidders of current solicitations and is not responsible for notification failures.
