North Academic Drive Renovation Project

Improvement of North Academic Drive from University Drive towards Faculty Drive for approximately 0.25 miles. The existing roadway is a two-lane road with roadside ditches. The proposed roadway will be a curb and gutter section to include bicycle lanes and sidewalks. The project also includes landscaping and area lighting. Upgrade of parking lot N6 (as designated on the Coastal Carolina Community College Master Plan) to include curb and gutter and paving to make parking lot N6 compatible with the adjacent parking lot S5 and the parking lot adjacent to the newly constructed Facilities Services Maintenance Building. Drainage improvements adjacent to Faculty Drive and extending into parking lot S4.
