Window Replacement at Harbor View Manor

Work of this Contract comprises of all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and services required to complete the work as described on the drawings, as specified in the project manual and as may be required by the existing conditions. The scope of work in general is to remove and dispose of existing aluminum windows and all associated trim, casings and interior sills. Contractor to remove, replace and/or salvage existing roller shades and hardware. Openings shall be prepped to receive new aluminum window assemblies, trim, roller shades, casings and solid surface sills. The general scope of work shall include (but is not limited to) information as shown on drawings and as specified B. The contractor must provide all material, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature and all other services and facilities necessary to complete the construction for the Owner, including all incidental work as required or described in the contract documents. C. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The contractor shall coordinate all sub-contractor(s) with all costs included within their bid.
