| Description | Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, disposal, all associated costs and fees necessary for septic tank pumping and legal disposal of effluents including disposal fees, permits and insurance. Contractor shall empty and dispose of sewage from septic tanks collected from various Safety Roadside Rest Areas (SRRA) and Maintenance Stations in San Bernardino County. Caltrans therefrom or 10 percent (10%) of the amount bid, whichever is less.
