| Description | The Hope Elementary School seeks to engage a General Contractor or series of trade-specifi c Contractors for Construction services. This is an institutional project and the candidate fi rm must be versed in working with Institutional clients with a variety of governance structures and, while construction is planned for the summer, should have experience with providing Construction services in an active, fully functional school within a tight limit of work. The Contractor will be contracted directly with the Owner, but will work closely with the Owner’s Representative. The Scope of work includes: Replacement of interior lighting Interior resilient fl ooring Repointing and replacement (as necessary) of damaged exterior brickwork Partial replacement of exterior doors Replacement of sidewalk paving at front entry Partial replacement of windows Scraping and repainting of exterior clapboard siding. | ||
