Project 1: 40x72x16 metal equipment shed addition 3 Bays Extension will be 26 GA PBR (light stone) wall sheets Concrete pad 40'x72,, 6" deep, #3 rebar on 18" centers 2 LED lights in each bay for a total of 6 hanging LED lights 3 electrical outlets in each bay for a total of 9 outlets 1 light switch for the addition 3 chain hoist bay doors at 17' 2" W x 14' H to match existing bay doors 1 chain hoist bay door at 14' 2" W x 14' H at far end of addition due to space 2 3'x7' metal entry doors. 1 outside and 1 inside to connect new and old bay Match roof to the existing building with 26 GA PBR galvalum at a 1/12 pitch Match trim, gutters, and downspouts to existing with burnish slate Remove the existing 112' of fence and re-attach to the building once construction is complete Add new electrical box. 1 breaker for lights, 3 breakers for outlets/one for each bay Project 2: 20x40x18 metal equipment shed addition To be built on dirt ground Open pole barn with no doors 1 hanging LED light Conduit for power to match existing 34" conduit with 14 GA wire 1 electrical outlet One light switch Galvalum sheeting for walls , and trim to match existing equipment shed Construction to match existing structure 4:x4" square tubing for support beam 2"x6"Cee Purlins for roof 2"xS" Cee Purlins for walls
