Description

The project will provide professional A/E design services required to renovate approximately 700 SF of existing space in rooms GD-107a, upgrading its conditions and equipment to accommodate itself as a fully functional Linear Accelerator Suite. Work will include but will not limited to professional A/E design (architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) services required to renovate as a Linear Accelerator Suite to be in compliance with VA Design Criteria. All design and construction shall incorporate Planetree design to create a patient care environment conducive to patient comfort and healing. Modification and/or replacement of all utility systems (lighting, electrical, telecommunications, ceiling, wall and floor finishes to support the operation of our new suite. Replacement and/or upgrades to our mechanical (HVAC), Electrical and plumbing systems will be performed including a temperature control system directed towards our existing Johnson Controls MetaSys building management.
