| Description | UPS Preventative Maintenance: Requires Facility UPS/Battery Maintenance & Preventative Maintenance (PM) on existing Consolidated Communications Facility MGE EPS 7000 Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) from 6th Communications Sq (Building 261). The contractor shall provide all "certified" personnel, equipment, vehicles, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to accomplish a thorough PM on both unit's UPS and batteries. PM to be conducted two (2) times a year for the UPS and batteries (every 6 months). Detailed reports for UPS and battery status will be provided to the 6th Communications Sq. at the completion of each PM. May include discounts on parts for the UPS. | ||
