Roof Replacement - Northeast Middle School

Work includes but is not necessarily limited to: Removal or repair of the existing deteriorated steel deck system. Replace with new steel deck to match existing. (Include 400 square foot of replacement steel deck system within Base Bid #1 scope of work.) All additional/deduction labor and material costs associated with deck replacement is to be under Unit Cost at space provided on Bid Proposal Form A. This section is for the convenience of the Contractor only and shall not be considered a complete account of all work to be performed. B. The extent of the Scope of Work is indicated on the drawings and as referenced in the specification sections. To further support the Boards Equity Policy of inclusion and diversity, KCPS has established annual goals for MBE and WBE. The annual goal for MBE should equal 9.8 percent of the applicable District spend. The annual goal for WBE should equal 8.5 percent of the applicable District spend.
