| Description | Provide all labor and materials necessary to repair an existing metal storage building that will meet or exceed all Federal, State, Local jurisdiction and the current Florida Building Code requirements. Existing building is approximately 48’ x 120’, utilizing a clear span roof structure with eave height of 10’ and 12’ peak. Project will include removal and installation of new exterior side panels, roof panels, gutters and downspouts. Existing concrete slab and primary structural steel framework to remain. Install new lighting fixtures in interior units with LED 95 watt fixtures; install one (1) wallmounted security light on building exterior. Remove, store and reinstall all interior chain link storage dividers and gates. Building to incorporate passive ventilation with louvers. Remove, store and reinstall three (3) existing overhead fans. Remove nine (9) existing roll-up doors and frames; replace with new overhead coiling doors. Entry width and height should match the existing clear space. Existing bollards are to remain. All demolished building materials shall become the property of the contractor and shall be removed from the site and disposed of properly. Site improvements are to include the following as required: Site grading; concrete access aprons, and storm water distribution upgrades.
