Animal Shelter Roof Replacement

Roof Replacements at the Lexington County Animal Shelter for our Animal Services department. Scope of Work: 1. Remove and dispose of existing roof membrane to the wood roof deck 2. Repair/replace damage to deck. 3. Remove and dispose of all existing base flashings. 4. Remove and dispose of existing metal counter flashings and other metal components. 5. Replace any deteriorated or warped wood nailers (unit price). 6. Low Slope Roof Areas: Install specified roof insulation, including tapered insulation at ¼” per foot. 7. Low Slope Roof: Adhere PVC roof membrane utilizing low-rise foam adhesive (no odor). 8. Low Slope Roof: Install new base flashings. 9. Install new sheet metal flashings. 10. Steep Slope Roofs (shingles): Install underlayment, ice and water shield, shingles and sheet metal flashings and accessories as specified. 11. After all work is complete, thoroughly clean roof surface of debris and footprints. 12. Provide owner with a 20 year, non-prorated, “No Dollar Limit” roof warranty covering both labor and material on low slope roof, provide 30 year warranty.
