2022 White Street HOP Inlets

The project consists of inlet and sidewalk replacements. The particular items of work for the contract are identified more specifically in the Contract Documents. The entire project will be awarded to one Contractor. For further information contact Jessica Rehrig, Alfred Benesch & Company (Engineer) at 484-221-6762, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. All materials must meet PENNDOT Pub. 408 Specifications and Standards. Bidders for the 2022 White Street HOP Inlets Bid Proposal may be either a PENNDOT Prequalified Prime or Sub-Contractor and must supply proof of prequalification with their bid. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Bowmanstown Borough. The successful bidder for the 2022 White Street HOP Inlets Bid Proposal will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. The Borough Council of Bowmanstown reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Borough.
