Description

Replacement of the domestic water heater in the Gilpin County Justice Center located at 2960 Dory Hill Road, Black Hawk, Colorado 80422. Constructed in 1995, the 51,600-square foot Justice Center is 24 hour/7 days a week facility that houses the Sheriff’s Office, Detentions Jail, County Courts and other departments. This Request for Proposal seeks options from a qualified firm to provide, remove, and replace the AO Smith Cyclone Xi, Model Number BTU 400A 100 with the same and provide piping connections as necessary.
