| Description | This project consists of replacing approximately 466,147 square feet of roofing with a new thermoplastic PVC roofing system. The existing roofs have deteriorated, causing multiple leaks and damage to the building's interior and exterior structures. All work shall be performed as shown in the construction plans prepared by Amtech Solutions, Inc. Contractor must be bondable and insurable at the levels required. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the amount of 5% of greatest amount bid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount will be required upon award of a contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality or irregularity |
