SUBMISSION OF BIDS AND BID OPENING: Due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, the Government is taking precautions to ensure the safety and health of all Contractors and Government employees. Electronic bids are REQUIRED. Mailed and hand-delivered bids are NOT ALLOWED. The Contractor is required to ensure that the bid package is legible and complete.
