Professional Architectural/Engineering Services - Task Order

As needs arise, DOFM shall present to the A/E a general scope of improvements for a project and the A/E shall respond with a detailed scope of services, schedule, and a fee proposal. After review and approval of the scope, schedule, and fee by DOFM, DOFM shall issue a project specific Notice to Proceed. There will be multiple projects under this contract and the A/E fee for each project shall be based upon the approved scope of services. Sample projects include: • Roof upgrades • Security camera upgrades • Facility storm water improvements • Renovation of a shower to stop water leaks • Mechanical and/or elevator studies • New parking lot • Asphalt or concrete drive replacements • Install new windows The following disciplines shall be included on the team: • Architectural • Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing/HVAC Engineering • Structural Engineering • Geotechnical Engineering • Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering (Hazardous Building Materials and Environmental Site Assessment) • IT/Security • Special Inspections per OBC Chapter 17 One firm can fulfill multiple disciplines.
