Description

The Town of Thompson is accepting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide complete Abatement and Selective Demolition Project of the Town-owned building at 65 Main Street, North Grosvenordale, CT Two (2) months of complete service (award through onsite installation/completion) Work outlined in this Section includes all work necessary for the removal, packaging, transporting, and disposing of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and asbestos-impacted materials during the renovation project (the Work) at the circa 1900 former residential building located at 65 Main Street, North Grosvenordale, Connecticut (the Site). This Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, asbestos abatement within and outside of the commercially zoned and utilized building.
