Description

Provide preliminary design services to replace an existing TriGen Plant at East Hartford High School (EHHS). The existing system is a “PureComfort” Cooling, Heating & Power Solutions (CHPS) system originally installed in 2005 and approaching end of life. Firms must supply a detailed abstract of the existing system with their proposals in order to support their understanding of the project. See Appendix B for material related to the existing system.
