Description

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Columbia, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field. Renovate and expand interior and exterior elements of the historic Trask House building, including new exterior hardscaping at COLUMBIA STATE HISTORIC PARK in Tuolumne County, California. Answers will be provided by Addendum on this website, and it is the responsibility of the bidders to download any addendum as needed. Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 6%. Failure to fulfill the DVBE requirement will render your bid non-responsive. DVBE Incentive: For evaluation purposes only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the 6% DVBE participation requirements.Refer to the DVBE forms beginning with DPR 479IP.
