LVVWD West Admin Chiller Replacement

Work of the Project includes all labor, equipment, tools, material and services required to convert existing 266-ton water cooled chiller system with a pre-purchased air-cooled chiller system with thermal storage per these contract documents. Work will also include but not be limited to: electrical feed upgrades, existing equipment removal, piping, motor and motor control, telemetry, structural and commissioning of new equipment to satisfy these contract documents.
