Description

Consultant team with considerable experience in community design, land use planning, and public engagement to formulate an innovative, dynamic, and stimulating Comprehensive Plan reflecting the City’s unique character. Upon selection, the planning process shall include: a. Community engagement and public input component; b. Community assessment, data and analysis; c. Review of all applicable documents and regulations; d. Evaluation of current Comprehensive Plan; e. Full revision of current elements and incorporation of new elements, reflecting new needs, trends, and best practices since last adoption; f. Revision and creation of maps, diagrams, and other visual tools as required; g. Clear, innovative, and implementable recommendations and strategies; and h. Implementation, transmittals, monitoring, and amendment procedures, as required.
