On Call Concrete Services

Contractor(s) to perform verious concrete projects and repairs on campus. The awarded contractor(s) shall provide all labor, material, equipment, mobilization, traffic control, transportation, insurance, supervision as per these specifications. all items related to the removal, disposal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, steps, flatwork and ADA ramps utilizing qualified individuals to provide the work. This miscellaneous concrete work shall be performed on an on-call basis. This award may be awarded to more than one contractor to insure contractor availability. The successful contractor(s) shall have a competent and reliable superintendent on the job at all times that labor is being performed. Successful contractor(s) shall be responsible for bringing the area surrounding the work back to its existing condition. If necessary successful contractor(s) shall call in for utility locates. All submittals shall include the attached On-Call Concrete Services Price sheet that includes your bid estimate for each item.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
