Housing Commission HVAC Improvements - The Town of Lincoln Housing Commission is soliciting bids for the installation of installation of a variety of heat pump units at 7 properties throughout the community of Lincoln, MA. Project specifications are listed below, and total bid response should include the deduction all applicable Mass Save rebates, pending qualification. Prevailing Wage Rates apply and are included in the bid specifications. Estimated Cost $150,000 Questions regarding this bid may be submitted to Daniel Pereira, Asst. Town Administrator, in writing via email (pereirad@lincolntown.org) The Town of Lincoln Housing Commission is soliciting bids for the installation of installation of a variety of heat pump units at 7 properties throughout the community of Lincoln, MA. The winning bidder will provide, install and electrify equipment at the 7 addresses listed below as indicated: 1) 30 Sunnyside Lane, Lincoln MA 01773 - o Installation of one 5-ton Bosh heat pump with Bosh air handler along with all necessary equipment, line sets, control wire, electrical, permits, and labor. o Renovate existing ducts and install new insulation. o All equipment must be listed on the Mass Save Heat Pump Qualified Products List or be exchanged for the most comparable substitute. o Must be completed no later than December 15, 2023. 2) 75A Tower Rd Lincoln MA 01773 - o Installation of Mitsubishi hyper mini split system, one (1) 18,000 BTU heat pump condenser with one (1) 9,000 btu wall unit in living room kitchen area and one (1) 9,000 btu wall unit in bedroom, along with all equipment, line sets, control wire, electrical, permits, and labor. o All equipment must be listed on the Mass Save Heat Pump Qualified Products List or be exchanged for the most comparable substitute. o Must be completed no later than January 31, 2024. 3) 75B Tower Rd Lincoln MA 01773 - o Installation of Mitsubishi hyper mini split system, one (1) 36,000 BTU heat pump condenser with one (1) 15,000 BTU wall unit in 1st floor kitchen, one (1) 9,000 BTU wall unit in each 2nd floor bedroom, along with all equipment, line sets, control wire, electrical, permits, and labor. o All equipment must be listed on the Mass Save Heat Pump Qualified Products List or be exchanged for the most comparable substitute. o Must be completed no later than January 31, 2024. 4) 65 Tower Rd Lincoln MA 01773 - o Installation of one (1) 3-ton Bosh heat pump with Bosh air handler, along with all equipment, line sets, control wire, electrical, permits, and labor. o Renovate existing ducts and install new insulation. o All equipment must be listed on the Mass Save Heat Pump Qualified Products List or be exchanged for the most comparable substitute. o Must be completed no later than January 31, 2024 ) 26 Sunnyside Lane Lincoln MA 01773 - o Installation of Mitsubishi hyper mini split system, one (1) 36,000 BTU heat pump condenser with one (1) 15,000 BTU wall unit in 1st floor kitchen, one (1) 9,000 BTU wall unit in each 2nd floor bedroom, along with all equipment, line sets, control wire, electrical, permits, and labor. o All equipment must be listed on the Mass Save Heat Pump Qualified Products List or be exchanged for the most comparable substitute. o Must be completed no later than January 31, 2024. 6) 28 Sunnyside Lane Lincoln MA 01773 - o Installation of Mitsubishi hyper mini split system 1 18,000 BTU heat pump condenser with 1 9,000 btu wall unit in living room kitchen area and 1 9,000 btu wall unit in bedroom, along with all equipment, line sets, control wire, electrical, permits, and labor. o All equipment must be listed on the Mass Save Heat Pump Qualified Products List or be exchanged for the most comparable substitute. o Must be completed no later than January 31, 2024. 7) 30A Sunnyside Lane Lincoln MA 01773 - o Installation of Mitsubishi hyper mini split system, one (1) 18,000 BTU heat pump condenser with one (1) 9,000 btu wall unit in the living room kitchen area and one (1) 9,000 btu wall unit in bedroom, along with all equipment, line sets, control wire, electrical, permits, and labor. o All equipment must be listed on the Mass Save Heat Pump Qualified Products List or be exchanged for the most comparable substitute. o Must be completed no later than January 31, 2024.
