The complete Scope of Services for CM for Lakeside Valve Station Replacement (H2226041) is contained in Exhibit A to the Draft Agreement (Attachment B). The City shall apply a maximum of an additional 12 points for Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) or Emerging Local Business Enterprise (ELBE) participation, to the proposer's subtotal maximum evaluation points.
