Description

The Work for this Contract involves building, mechanical, and electrical upgrades to an existing well house, including site and fencing work, together with all other Work. Additive alternatives are included for approximately 740 linear feet of 8-inch water line, 410 feet of 6-inch water line, a fire hydrant, valves, service connections, and restoration. Additive alternatives are also included for replacing all the City's water service meters, boxes, and setters.
