| Description | The City of Bentonville is accepting formal sealed bids for the one-time purchase and delivery of a 2022 or Newer PavementGroup STRATOS DMS-600 Asphalt Distributor, Skid Mounted, or Equivalent, for the City of Bentonville Street Department. Questions must be submitted via written communication only to purchasing@bentonvillear.com. The deadline to submit questions related to this Invitation is December 9, 2022, at 4:30 PM CST. NO BID BOND REQUIRED The City reserves the right to award the project in any manner that is deemed in its best interest, or to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening of Bids without the consent of the City; sixty (60) days shall be allowed to the City in which to determine the manner in which to award or not award the Contract |
