This project is for renovation of an existing masonry building courthouse consisting of significant HVAC work, including: a new air cooled chiller, replacement of AHU coil sections, fan motors, addition of VFDs and temperature controls; work on various electrical systems; significant exterior masonry repairs; sitework improvements, including paving; new roofing over and miscellaneous repairs. Work also includes the addition of a covered sally port and interior improvements that include upgrades to the jury pool, public toilets, and holding area, and miscellaneous safety and security system upgrades.
