Crown Coliseum Sheetrock and Paint Repairs

The work to be performed under this project consists of providing all labor, equipment and materials necessary for Crown Coliseum Complex Sheetrock and Paint Repairs project. The work will include preparing sheetrock for paint following industry standards, painting and sheetrock replacement. Sheetrock is 5/8 inch unless otherwise noted. Scope ofwork includes providing and installing: 1. Crown Theatre Back ofHouse Hallway 816 SF scrape and paint wall. 2. Crown Theatre Back Stage Wall 3,000 SF block wall scrape and paint wall. 3. Crown Coliseum Section 215-216 concourse level (triangle) 234 SF latex paint. 4. Crown Coliseum West 55 42 SF sheetrock and 42 SF latex paint. 5. Crown Coliseum Bar/Lounge 234 SF sheetrock and 234 SF latex paint. 6. Crown Coliseum Bar/Lounge Beam 42 SF latex paint. 7. Crown Coliseum Concourse Section 102 (triangle) 273 SF sheetrock and 273 SF latex paint. 8. Crown Coliseum Concourse Section 107-109 beams by glass 288 SF sheetrock and 288 SF latex paint. 9.
