Terminal Public Restroom Renovations - Bradley International Airport

Individuals planning on attending the site tour must complete the attached Temporary Badge Request Form and upload the following information to no later than 1:00 PM on 2/22/18. Full legal name, name of firm your representing, phone number, date of birth, place of birth, and an unexpired copy of driver's license or passport. Individuals will be subject to a security screening prior to admittance to the proposed site. Renovations to 25 public multi-stall and assist care restrooms at Bradley International Airport throughout Terminal A. Scope of work includes removal of all existing finishes, including drywall down to existing wall studs, ceilings and existing ceiling framing, lighting, fixtures and accessories. Relocation of 4 hot water heaters and minor HVAC modifications in the East Concourse, new Pressure Release Valves, recirculation pumps, and other minor plumbing work. All restrooms will receive new wall board, new tile walls and floors, new ceilings and associated framing, new plumbing fixtures, toilet stalls, restroom accessories and mirrors.
