The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain proposals for Concrete Repair/Replacement - Multiple Locations, as defined herein. The Thompson School District is soliciting proposals for evaluation in selecting a company who desires to furnish materials, equipment, and labor under the Terms, Specifications, and General Conditions contained herein. The Bidder is also advised to carefully examine the requirements outlined in the Scope of Work and Specifications. The District will not provide any additional allowances to the Bidder based on the Bidder's lack of knowledge or site conditions. A representative of the Bidder is required to attend the Mandatory Site Visit in order to submit a proposal for this project. Bidders who fail to attend the conference shall be considered non-responsive and ineligible to submit a proposal.
