Description

Construct new sidewalk and ramps at 3 existing Housing Units (Approx. 1250 sf). Two of the buildings will have a new exit door added with electrical exit requirements. Furnish and install new and modify existing storm sewer piping and structures. Excavation depths for storm drainage pipes are up to 10 feet and excavations for the ramp retaining walls to 6.5 feet.
