| Description | Penley Corner Road – Riverside Drive to South Witham Road 1. Proposed dimensions: 8,190’ x 22’ with 1’ gravel shoulders. 2. Install/Replace proposed cross culverts and driveway culverts. 3. Reclaim existing roadway surface. 4. Add geo-textile fabric. 5. Add approximately 12” of Type A gravel. Taper to butt joints at project limits and intersection aprons. 6. Pave with 2” of 12.5mm HMA base and 1.5” of 12.5mm HMA surface. 7. Match driveway aprons. Type A gravel, 2” 12.5mm HMA, 1” 9.5mm HMA. 8. Replace and install new guardrail. 9. Reestablish ditching and inslopes. 10. Loam, seed and mulch as directed. 11. Reset Existing Mailboxes. 12. Stripe double yellow centerline. |
