Eccv Office Expansion

New interior remodel work to portions of existing office areas, as well as, constructing two small building additions on each end of the existing Administration Building. The existing office building is an approximately 15,100 G.S.F. one-story structure with an existing approximately 3,621 G.S.F. basement area. The total area of interior renovations will be approximately 4,196 N.S.F. The north building addition will be approximately 2,393 G.S.F. and the south building addition will be approximately 1,689 G.S.F. to total 4,082 G.S.F. and bringing the total building footprint to 19,182 G.S.F. Interior remodel work will consist of the relocation of the existing Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms, expanding the Break Room, adding an I&C Area, Water Quality Lab, Mudroom and airlock Vestibule, as well as, re-configuring some office / conference room spaces. The proposed new north building addition will include some private Offices, a Work Room, and the expansion of the Customer Service Office area. The proposed new south building addition will include the expansion of existing Office spaces. Both building additions will be one story wood framed construction to tie into and match the existing building in height, materials and colors.
