| Description | Provide all materials, tools, machinery, labor, and supervision necessary for the demolition work of buildings and accessory structures designated by the Construction and Renovation Manager. Demolition work shall include excavation of any footing foundations and removal of all debris from the demolition site. Demolition also includes the crushing of excess bricks and masonry and stockpiled on site. Additionally, County desires a number of bricks and identification masonry saved for future projects; the Construction and Renovation Manager will identify and direct the number of bricks and identifying masonry. |
