Description

To construct a playground and access walkway for the existing community. will include the construction of a new playground with various pieces of play equipment on a parcel of land donated to the City of College Park for recreational use. Other significant aspects of the Project include the construction of an asphalt path to provide access to the new playground from the east end of Odessa Road, a vegetated swale and a micro bio-retention structure for storm water management, native plantings, and the removal of an existing stand of bamboo.
