| Description | Required to furnish all necessary labor, machines, tools, equipment and other means to remove standing trees designated for removal authorized by the City of Westland. Tree removals shall be limited to trees belonging to the City of Westland and lying within the City limits. Tree removal bids in Items 1-8 on the pricing page shall be limited to City trees that can be accessed by trucks and equipment. Removal of trees inaccessible to trucks and equipment shall be compensated at the Emergency Tree Removal (per hour) rate or re-quoted separately on a case-bycase basis. | ||
