Install Snow Guards and Replace Gutters

Snow Guard Installation: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and supervision required to accomplish the following: The contractor must show proof that workers are ok to work on campus thru our ROAR App each day. Approx 200LF of snow guards, 600 LF of pole. Using Sieger Aluminum 3 pole retrofit brackets every 4' OC and½" stainless steel rods or equal. The contractor is responsible for actual field verification prior to bidding. There are no tie-off points, The contractor is responsible for supplying a lift and all fall protection. Proper removal, haul and disposal of all debris is the contractor's responsibility on a daily basis. Gutter Replacement: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and supervision required to accomplish the following: The contractor must show proof that workers are ok to work on campus thru our Roar App each day. Using white K style 7" Aluminum gutters and appropriate primed (both sides) fascia boards. (approximately 300LF) The contractor is responsible for actual field verification prior to bidding. There are no tie-off points, the contractor is responsible for supplying a lift and all fall protection equipment. Proper removal, haul and disposal of all debris is the contractors responsibility on a daily basis.
