Tunnel and Pipeline Construction: 1. Construction of approximately 5,172 linear feet of 84-inch water line including 2,175 linear feet in tunnels under the following TXDOT highways and remainder in open cut portals. Pipe laying and installation of appurtenances within approach ramps and through tunnel limits 3. Pipe encasement with flowable fill and reinforced concrete 4. Tunnel grouting – contact grouting and annulus grouting 5. Cathodic protection 6. Driveways, fences, gates and miscellaneous site improvements.
