SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of the construction of a new 214, 650 gsf regional high school at the site of the Nauset Regional High School, located at 100 Cable Road, Eastham, Massachusetts. The work consists of renovating the existing campus and building a new administrative wing, performing arts wing, cafeteria wing, and three-story academic wing. The new construction is primarily steel framing, with the building envelope consisting of precast panels, phenolic panels, and insulated metal panels. The site work includes landscaping, driveways, access roads, sidewalks, and parking. In Phase 1, existing buildings E & F will be demolished, and new E, F, addition to G wing, and renovation of G & N will be completed. In Phase 2, building D will be partially demolished; new addition to D and renovation of existing A, B, C, & D will be completed. The estimated price of this project is $102,000,000.00.
