Complete a curbside solid waste collection feasibility study. The County will require the consultant to complete an operational and financial feasibility study for the provision of curbside residential solid waste and recycling services. Complete a curbside solid waste collection feasibility study. The County will require the consultant to complete an operational and financial feasibility study for the provision of curbside residential solid waste and recycling services. Consultants responding to this request should have considerable experience in the services requested. Summit County will only enter into a single contract with one company or firm for the requested services, though firms may team together to provide the most qualified team of professionals. Summit County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous and in the best interest of Summit County. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
