Description

Project scope shall include the Paving Improvements, approximately 51,636 SY of 6” - 3600 psi concrete pavement on approximately 54,330 SY of 7” lime stabilized subgrade, and all related miscellaneous items and appurtenances as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans, and City of Josephine specifications, to serve 273 lots on approximately 137 acres. The project is located East and North of the intersection of F.M. 6 & C.R. 2606 in City of Josephine ETJ, Hunt County, Texas.
