Spring Hill Drive Extension Rebid

**As of September 27, 2022 this project has been awarded to Cleary Construction, Inc of Tompkinsville, KY for $3,142,991.70** The project will provide a link between the current termination point of Spring Hill Drive and the Rocky Fork Schools. This project will include construction of a new road and storm drainage for approximately 0.26 miles in length. The project will also include gas, water and sewer utilities. All Bidders must be licensed Contractors in the State of Tennessee in strict accordance with State regulations. All bidders shall comply with the Tennessee Contractor' License law Section 62-6-119 (Bid documents - Required disclosure by bidders) when submitting bids. Bidders may be required to obtain a Smyrna Business License. Refer to the contract documents for criteria.
