Construction Manager at-Risk / GC - Erie Community Park Final Phase

A new shelter and restroom building in Erie to include one (1) ADA accessibly designed restroom for each gender, a small mechanical/plumbing equipment room to house irrigation equipment and serve general storage and maintenance needs, and a covered community picnic area for 60. The building is intended to be used year-round. Also, earthwork, drainage improvements, utilities, parking lot, curb and gutter,, walks/access/connections through the park and to the adjacent medical campus, trails, shade shelters, community gathering spaces, basketball courts, sledding hill, picnic areas, interpretive/educational components, fitness amenities, sculptural play area, pump track, sensory/art garden, site lighting, landscape, native seeding and irrigation

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
