Description DCAMM Certification Required. The Project consists of: the removal and replacement of existing Asphalt shingle/EPDM roofing systems inclusive of flashing, edge metal, ice and water shield, PVC soffits, PVC Fascias, gutters & downspouts, gutter guards and roof drains. It also includes minor masonry repair as required to install an additional scupper. This project contains a phasing aspect which will require the contractor to initially mobilize at 30 Olney Street and perform the work within 45 calendar days prior to the winter months. Upon completion of Olney Street the contractor will then shut-down operations until spring. Once the weather breaks in the spring the contractor will then mobilize at Kilmer and Whittenton street with the understanding that this phase will be completed in 105 calendar days from the spring mobilization.
