RFQ D/B - Highland Avenue Center Upfit

The owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies. The MWBE participation goal for this project is 10%. County of Forsyth is soliciting proposals from qualified design-build teams interested in providing professional design and construction services for the Highland Avenue Center Upfit. This contract will be federally funded. upfit the 2nd floor, reconfigure space on the 1st floor, and upfit of pharmacy space on the 1st floor of the Highland Avenue Center at 650 Highland Avenue, WinstonSalem, NC 27101. The End of Question Period is 5:00 pm, July 14, 2022. Questions and requests for information to this RFQ shall be addressed by email to andersja@forsyth.cc. Responses will be posted by written addendum and sent to all firms who have directly obtained the full document and to all websites where the original advertisement was posted. The County of Forsyth reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. This RFQ does not obligate the County to pay any cost incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of a response, nor does it obligate the County to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services.
