| Description | The Scope of Work for this project includes but is not limited to provide all labor, materials, equipment and services required to resurface the apparatus bay floors at Fire Station No.72, located at 10490 West Oakland Park Blvd. Sunrise, FL 33351 and at the Fleet Maintenance Building, located at 5580 N.W 108th Ave. Sunrise, FL 33351 in the City of Sunrise. The existing troweled concrete finish floors shown within limits in Exhibit A, shall be prepared and coated with a resinous, non-skid, cementitious polyurethane flooring system as specified. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. All prospective bidders/respondents are hereby cautioned not to contact any member of the city of sunrise staff or officials other than the specified contact person. |
