Description

To purchase, install and upgrade audiovisual systems from analog to digital technology. The purpose of this upgrade is to support the coordinated command and control of overall City Emergency Operations, including sites located at: The St. James Building, 117 West Duval St. (3 locations); JFRD Headquarters, 515 N Julia St. (7 locations); the Cecil Field 911 Center; and 909 Haines St. An additional key goal is to provide the ability to host and participate in virtual and hybrid meetings at all of these locations. The upgrade solution proposed must include hardware that is fully interoperable and compatible with the City’s existing Crestron equipment, in locations where it is not in need of replacement. Hardware, installation, and implementation services will be required at all 12 (twelve)
