Paint Renovation of WG Nunn Elementary School

As of April 3, 2023. The project has been awarded to Tyco Construction & Industrial Services, Inc. in the amount of $76,544.85. Project consists of preparation and repainting of walls, soffits, and door frames located in all corridors, gym, and various other areas. Project also includes removal and replacement of the rubber floor base. F. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades). For WG Nunn Elementary School Paint Renovation Project consists of preparation and repainting of walls, soffits and door frames located in all corridors, gym and various other areas. Project also includes removal and replacement of the rubber floor base. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of [5] percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of [60] days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed (June 1, 2023) and shall complete the Work prior to August 1, 2023.
