Construction of Cedarspur, Burkhart, and Winningham (East of Voss Road) Paving and Utility Improvements Project

Construction of approximately 5,320 square yards of 6-inch concrete pavement, 870 square yards of concrete driveways and sidewalks, approximately 610 linear feet of sanitary sewer replacement by CIPP, replacement of approximately 47 sanitary service lines, approximately 630 linear feet of 6-inch waterline, replacement of approximately 49 water service connections, and 9 sanitary sewer mainline point repairs. Work also includes manhole lid replacements, hydrant nozzle replacements, new fire hydrants, and sanitary clean-out replacements as required. Work includes SWPPP measures, traffic control, tree protection plan, and site restoration. The project is located in the City of Spring Valley Village.
