Description The project consists of new proposed water lines to be constructed across Broadway Boulevard in Garland, Texas. We understand that horizontal bores will be required where the water lines cross beneath Broadway Boulevard at Willow Way, Dakota Drive and Apache Drive. We understand that the new water lines will have pipe diameters of 14 inches. We further understand that soil cover over the water lines will vary from 10 to 12 feet below the existing ground surface beneath Broadway Boulevard.
